| Leewens Corporation uses a variety of resurfacers
to restore worn damaged concrete, or settled concrete.
The basic types of resurfacers are engineered cements,
epoxy mortars and polyurethane mortars.

Concrete Overlay With Epoxy |
Engineered cements are used to:
| • |
Restore damaged concrete |
| • |
Level or smooth uneven floors |
| • |
Provide an underlayment for finish floor coverings
over concrete, wood or metal subfloors |
| • |
Finish flooring |
Epoxy mortars are:
| • |
Chemically resistant |
| • |
Durable (excellent under heavy loads) and
extremely abrasion resistant. Metallic aggregates
can also be incorporated to resist steel wheels. |
| • |
Aesthetically pleasing |
| • |
Virtually odor free |
Polyurethane Mortars can be applied to damp surfaces,
have quick cure time to get back in service, and are
impact and steam-clean resistant.
